Model can prevent the reverse flow of potentially contaminated water into the potable water supply due to back pressure backflow. Check valve has an atmospheric vent that provides a visual indication of failure in the event that the downstream check fails and system backpressure exceed the supply pressure. Model is corrosion-resistant 316 stainlesss steel construction and the streamlined body design helps minimize pressure loss and cavitation. Suitable for use on post-mix carbonated beverage equipment and dispensing equipment for tea and coffee.
